Who We Are
Quick Phones Uganda is an independent smartphone guide and customer help desk based in Kampala. We help customers compare genuine Tecno, Samsung and Infinix smartphones, understand phone financing options, and find the right device for their budget and needs.
We started Quick Phones because choosing a smartphone in Uganda — especially through a phone loan — can be confusing. Prices change, deposits vary by provider, and it's not always clear which collection point to visit if something goes wrong. We wanted a place where customers could get quick, honest answers before making a decision.
What We Do
- Help customers compare Samsung, Tecno and Infinix smartphones and prices
- Explain phone financing options from providers like Watu, TakeNow and MOGO — deposits, requirements and how the process works
- Guide customers to the nearest collection point if their financed phone needs inspection or repair
- Answer questions over WhatsApp before customers travel to a shop or collection point
- Publish up-to-date guides and price lists for smartphones sold and financed in Uganda

Kayizzi Richard (Ricky)
Kayizzi Richard founded Quick Phones Uganda to make smartphone buying and financing easier to understand for everyday Ugandans. He writes and maintains the guides on this site and personally responds to customer enquiries on WhatsApp.
